What is ThetaHealing Anyway?

Theta Healing is sometimes referred to as Belief Work.

Science has proven that a MINIMUM of 88% of the actions we take are initiated from our subconscious mind. The beliefs we hold in our subconscious minds are very often, incredibly different than the thoughts and ideas we hold in our conscious minds. Much of what is held in our subconscious mind makes it’s way there during our earliest years (0-7yrs old) when we spend most of our waking hours in the Theta brain wave. The subconscious mind also holds memory painful events, past traumas and dramas which we then unknowingly react to throughout the day. When the conscious and subconscious are in sync it’s smooth sailing. When they are out of sync, it’s a rough and tumble ride filled with frustration, stress, overwhelm, self-sabotage, self-doubt, feeling disempowered and difficulty reaching your goals, desires and dreams. Theta Healing is a gentle and powerful tool for finding your limiting beliefs and changing them, removing the emotional charge from past traumas/events and extraordinary levels of forgiveness; leaving the past in the past and allowing you to experience yourself as whole, healthy, fully integrated and balanced in the present. It’s all about supporting freedom to make choices that align with your dreams coming true.
