What a Session Looks like

Step 1 - Set up an appointment

Step 2 - Prepare for your appointment by writing down where you are feeling stuck in your life and the issues you are hoping to resolve.

Step 3 - Karen will call you at the designated time.

Step 4 - Have a short conversation about Theta healing and your current issues.

Step 5 - Karen will use muscle testing to access your subconscious mind and find those deeply held beliefs that are holding you back from success and happiness.

Step 6 - As a partnership with Source Karen will change your beliefs using theta healing meditation.

Step 7 - Karen checks for success with a retest of beliefs.

Step 8  - You go out into the world having new experiences with your newly aligned belief system experiencing peace and joy.
